Another Free Photoshop Brushes and Patterns Resource
Brusheezy is another place to go to find free Photoshop brushes and patterns.
The selection of patterns is small now but there are 120+ brushes at the time of writing this. Just by browsing through the site and offerings, I say that the quality of most brushes are great.
