Business 2.0 is at it again. Their March cover story is the second annual “Next Net 25″ list. These 25 companies are the ones that Business 2.0 thinks are pointing to where the web is going. Of course, last years list did include startups such as Six Apart, Digg and YouTube.

You can see a writeup on each of the startups in the list on the CNN website. This years list includes sites from Social Media, Video, Mobile, Advertising, and Enterprise.
