Azer Koçulu has created an open source tool called Rainbow 9 that simplifies developing web interfaces. It provides an environment to execute and test Javascript, CSS and HTML; sharing and publishing the application.

Although I think it’s a novel approach I can’t say it’s a tool that I would use. How about you?
