Looking for a Web 2.0 site? Well, this Web 2.0 Site Directory should help you out.

From the looks of it, it’s a pretty comprehensive directory. If it was just icons I would say it wasn’t much use but the fact that you can filter by tags or by date added makes it a bit more user friendly.

It’s a good idea for the “here and now” but I can’t honestly say that a Web 2.0 Site Directory is an idea that I can see hanging around for the long haul. Of course you never know!

Update: I just tried visiting a site from the directory and had the pop-up blocked by Firefox. I’m not going to just allow pop-ups on this site just so I can use it. Thumbs down for this problem.
