Melissa Clifton has a great tutorial on creating vector art with Photoshop. Melissa takes you through the whole process and shows you why you don’t need to be able to draw to create vector art. You will need to make sure you have your patience cap on because creating vector art can take time. Especially if you want the outcome to be good.
