Blue Vertigo… At least the name is right

So I was browsing across a few different sites today while I was eating my lunch and I came across Blue Vertigo. I have to say I was sickened by the entire layout of the site, but at least they got their name right.
Defintion of vertigo: Sense of spinning or feeling of disequilibrium. It is often accompanied by nausea and occasionally vomiting and is generally worsened by motion. Sometimes caused by blood vessel compression of balance nerves.

One thing that I find ridiculous about this site is that I’ve got a 1280×1024 resolution with my browser maximized and the stinking frames don’t fit right. So not only do I have to *horizontally* scroll to see the info that I want, I also have to scroll vertically.
In all honesty, the only portion of the site that I would use is the main page with the links to photo resources. However, the layout of the site is not even close to being user friendly.
This is a site that I believe not much thought was put in to the user experience. I would wager that the “oh that looks cool!” effect was in high gear when the site was developed.
What do you think? Would the layout prevent you from using the site?
